Plein Air Painting & Photography Sessions

Have you ever driven by a picturesque farm or ranch and wished you could just go a-wandering?

Well, here is your chance! Our Pre-Festival On-Location sessions present a rare opportunity for painters and photographers to gain access to local family-owned farms and vineyards during periods of optimal light. We’re fortunate to have community-spirited agriculturalists who are willing to invite us onto their lands. One of our dedicated volunteers, John deGrazio of Yexplore.com, made arrangements with FOTC members for these unique visits. You can go “behind the scenes on private property” to catch our rural way of life with your lens or on your canvas. We’re all working together for everyone’s inspiration, enjoyment and safety. By special invitation, these neighbors are opening their “outdoor homes” to us. Please be gentle.
